Good News for Hackintosh Users: MBP Will Adopt Kaby Lake in an All-around Way

For the reason of a launch time difference, 2016 MacBook Pro didn’t use the 7th generation of Intel core Kaby Lake processor. For the concern of professional users, 2017 MacBook Pro not only uses Kaby Lake processor, but also upgrades 16 GB of memory to 32 GB, and probably only 15 inch version supports memory upgrade.

80% of Americans shop online with increasing frequency, while MacBook Pro battery life goes wrong?

2016 holiday shopping season is coming to an end. A Pew Research Center survey of 4787 American adults shows that 79% of respondents once shopped online. According to the survey, 15% of respondents shop online at least once a week and online shopping frequency by 28% of respondents is a few times a month. Only 20% of respondents said they never shop online.

Snap Is Said to Have Acquired Augmented Reality Startup Cimagine by $40 million.

Foreign media reports, Snap is making investment in Augmented Reality Technology. The company acquired Israeli startup Cimagine Media with an alleged transaction price of $30 million to $40 million. Through this acquisition, Snap is setting up R&D center in the Middle East. At present, R&D center of Cimagine has above 20 employees.

Apple: Communicating Battery Life Problem with Consumer Reports

Recently, Phil Schiller, Apple senior vice President of global marketing said, Apple is in communication with Consumer Reports to figure out the reason of MacBook Pro unstable battery life.

2016 new MacBook Pro evaluation released last week by American independent non-profit organization Consumer Reports affirmed appearance and performance of the product, but questioned its battery life. The main problem is unstable battery life: sometimes it may reach over ten hours, whilst sometimes it is only more than three hours.
